The Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Bank Early Years Educators to join our team from January 2026. This flexible, zero-hours role offers the opportunity to work across our nursery, supporting children aged 0-5 years as and when needed.

As a bank team member, you will:

Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Work flexibly across different rooms to support ratios and daily operations Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety requirements

About You

You are warm, adaptable, and enthusiastic about early years education. You enjoy working as part of a team, can quickly build relationships, and are confident supporting children's play and learning in a variety of settings.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner, newly qualified, returning to early years, or studying towards a qualification, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
