Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator/Practitioner to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their development and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging early years education that meets the individual needs of children. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices in early childhood education. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning. Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2/Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and support diverse learning needs. A passion for early years education and child development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
