In this role, you'll coordinate referrals, organise meetings, and ensure high-quality information flows between parents, settings, and professionals. You'll represent Early Years at SEND panels, champion inclusive practice, and help children with additional needs get the right support at the right time. You will need to have a relevant Early Years/SEND qualification as a minimum requirement.
