What You'll Do

Implement and embed a

child-led curriculum

that sparks curiosity and independence. Oversee

planning and observations

to ensure every child's learning journey is celebrated. Lead

resource and environment management

to create inspiring spaces for play and discovery. Drive

quality assurance

across the nursery, raising standards and setting ambitious goals. Support staff through

CPD opportunities

, modelling outstanding teaching in the moment. Develop effective

strategies and processes

that enhance practice and outcomes. Work as part of a supportive and

collaborative management team

What We're Looking For

A

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
