What We're Looking For
An excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes, especially for vulnerable pupils.
Minimum three years' teaching experience in EYFS.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.
Evidence of using assessment and analysis effectively to raise standards.
A collaborative leader who will:
Support the Principal and SLT in establishing EYFS as a high-achieving phase.
Deliver Trust priorities as outlined in the Strategic Plan.
