Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Little Bugs Childminding, Bournemouth.
We are a home-based nursery setting in Ensbury Park, Bournemouth. We are a small close team of 9 and would like a level 3 qualified nursery practitioner to join our team. We aim to provide an enriched learning experience with the flexibility to get out into our local environment.
The setting has 3 rooms and care for children from Birth to 12 years
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences
Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime
Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery area
Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Requirements;
A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential
At least 1 years experience in a nursery setting is preferred
Preferably have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent
Hours;
The setiing is open from 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will be required to work 38 - 42 hours per week
