About the Role:

As the Lead Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and care, supporting a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

You will:

Lead by example in delivering and planning based on the curriculum for excellence. Support, guide, and inspire a small team of practitioners. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and support children's development and well-being. Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are upheld at all times.
What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with young children Someone with experience working with children aged 3-5, who has an interest in furthering their career. Proven leadership skills or someone with leadership potential. Excellent communication and organisational abilities Someone who has the ability to apply professional judgement and the ability to manage complex situations to improve the outcome for both staff and children. A member of the team who upholds professional standards and acts as a role model. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Willingness to complete or already holds a relevant qualification.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
