Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, fun and passionate early years practitioner to share the lead role in our pre-school room for our childcare nursery in Perranarworthal. Ideally this would be 3 days a week, but could be 4.

Monday, Thursday and Fridays.

We have a beautiful serene private woodlands accessible daily for our nursery/pre-school children and would love to recruit an adventurer to lead our outdoor learning sessions with our over 3's within the nursery and woodlands.

. You must have outdoor learning or Forest school experience although a qualification in the field of is desirable. Candidates will also have a teaching qualification or Early Years qualification level 3 or above.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in the woods and in the nursery for preschool aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
- Manage the daily care routines of children, including feeding, napping, and toileting
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being of each child
- Drive continuous improvement in educational programmes

Requirements:
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education or relevant field within outdoor learning.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children
- Proficient in English language
