Total People is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Coach to join our vibrant Early years and Education Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Northwich site.

What You'll Be Doing:
Guiding and inspiring apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in early years settings.
Delivering engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face.
Observing practice and providing meaningful feedback to support growth and development.
Being a key part of a supportive, passionate team - even while working remotely.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
Early years experience.
TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification or willing to work towards
Hold and Early Years qualification
Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent or willing to work towards.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of coaching to support learning
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
Desirable
Coaching qualification
Knowledge of Government funded training
