Early Years level 3 practitioner

40hours minimum all year round
Pay: Exceeds national minimum wage

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 practitioner to work with our children who works well in a team, can take on the role of a keyworker and be a strong part of Seedlings team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, reliable and complete a successful DBS check. The ideal candidate will be able to spark curiosity within the setting whilst being creative. We are also looking for someone who can build strong relationships with parents, as well as sharing stories, milestones, and the occasional parenting hack when needed. Also not forgetting the practitioner who is able to Fearlessly tackle nappy changes and unexpected mess.

As a setting we are open between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday all year round. Shifts vary on a daily basis we can discuss flexibility to meet needs if needed.
