Humly are are helping support a local college to recuit for a Early Years MGL
The Role:
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Early Years programmes (Levels 2-5, T Levels, and apprenticeships).
Support and mentor students through their academic and professional journeys.
Develop innovative curriculum materials and contribute to course planning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Your Experience:
License to practice in Early Years Level 3, Must be familiar with EYFS, Must be able to Teach T Level, Must be confident with Theory and Legislation
A relevant Early Years qualification (minimum Level 3).
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Industry experience in Early Years or Childcare settings.
A passion for education and student success.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
