Job Overview

We are a brand new fully equipped Montessori Nursery, seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified Montessori Early Years Teacher for our pre-school classroom. Deep understanding of recognising children's interests and stages of development and document for the children and families. The successful candidate will have patience, humour and flexibility, along with the ability to provide a self-directing environment for the children.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications:

Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification) QTS, EYPS or EYTS Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Ability to work effectively as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred) Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:

Plan and provide high-quality care and Montessori education to children aged 0-5 Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
