We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents. This role involves supporting the nursery environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and fostering their development through engaging activities.
Our two nurseries in Shifnal provide care for babies, toddlers, 2's and pre-school children. We are looking for applicants who are dedicated, caring, committed practitioners who know how important the early years are to a child's future self. Our team believe in themselves and each other, and have a genuine dedication to children and families which shines through everything they do. Our team is supported by a family run company who care.
We are looking for nursery assistants who hold a full and relevant level 3 early years qualification who are looking for full time work. Due to rising numbers of babies and toddlers joining us we are also looking for nursery assistants who love to work with under 3's.

Responsibilities
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive, positive and happy environment.
Manage children's behaviour in a positive manner, promoting respect and cooperation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery space.
Following induction the successful applicant will be a key person for a group of children and will observe their key children and plan a wide range of activities to meet their next steps. Support is given to staff every step of the way.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment.
A genuine love for working with children and contributing positively to their early development.
