Hours: Between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday on a shift basis.

Salary: Competitive / Apprenticeship rate / Based on experience

Start Date: 12th January 2026

We are looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This role is open to fully qualified Level 3 practitioner as well as those working towards a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children aged 3 months- 7 years . You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities Observe, assess, and record children's progress Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times Work as part of a team to maintain a warm and inclusive nursery environment
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or already working towards a level 3 A genuine passion for working with young children Good communication and teamwork skills Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to support children's individual needs
