The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and inspirational teacher of children with additional learning needs who is an outstanding practitioner committed to developing teaching and learning of the highest quality.
Whilst we encourage applicants who can confidently teach across the 3-11 range, it is currently expected that this post will be located in Reception within Phase 1.
The successful candidate will be able to;
Have demonstrable success in delivering a highly effective education for all learners in the Early Years phase of a Primary School
Provide clear, inspirational ideas for raising educational standards
Have the vision for further development to achieve a consistently high performance
Is passionate about innovating to maximise opportunities for the teaching and learning of children with additional learning needs
Possesses excellent communication and personal skills
Have the skills and knowledge to embrace curriculum innovation and sharing of excellent practice
Have the ability to promote effective teamwork
Promote values that maintain a disciplined, orderly school with a caring ethos
Have the ability to build on the very good links that have been established with our families, the wider community, local employers and neighbouring schools
Confidently lead in an AOLE or key role across the school $u particularly physical skills, outdoor learning or expressive arts
Be proactive about your passion for professional learning and enquiry
Understand that our success depends upon mutual respect and collaboration with the whole school community
