Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our team and support a child as a 1:1. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting the child developing their early learning experiences and keeping them safe.

Duties

Supervise and support the child to enable them to freely access the environment Communicate effectively with the child and the team. Manage behaviour by establishing clear rules and expectations while promoting respect and cooperation. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of early years education within the setting. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and an understanding of their developmental needs. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
