Early Years Practitioners required 20 - 40 hours per week, all year round, to join our established team of fabulous passionate and knowledgeable early years practitioners.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for inspirational and motivated practitioners to join our team in providing outstanding standards of care for our children.

Main duties and responsibilities:

To work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children's interests

To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children's needs e.g., modelling, observing

To ensure all environments are enabling

To have a good secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children

Applicants must have a full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification as a minimum and have experience of working in an early year's environment.

Pay is age related.

The post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to provide two employment references and a satisfactory DB.
