We are looking for inspirational and motivated Early Years Practitioners to join our fantastic team in providing outstanding standards of care for our children.

Main duties and responsibilities:

To work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children's interests To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children's needs, e.g., modelling, observing To ensure all environments are enabling To have a good, secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years. Strong understanding of EYFS welfare, learning, and development requirements. Experience working within an Early Years setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
