Early Years Assistants and Practitioners

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 in a fun, safe, and engaging environment Helping to plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development Building warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members Supporting observations and assessments to track each child's progress and celebrate their achievements Promoting outdoor play, creativity, independence, and emotional wellbeing Collaborating with your team to share ideas, develop best practices, and keep the nursery environment inspiring
About You:

A genuine love for working with young children Excellent communication and teamwork skills A caring, reliable, and proactive attitude Any nursery or early years experience is a bonus, but not essential A recognised qualification (e.g. SVQ Level 2 or 3) is

desirable but not required

SVQ training can be offered

following a successful probationary period. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow and develop in the early years sector.
