We're looking for an Full time Early Years Practitioner to join our First Class nursery.
Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for young children? Bright Horizons First Class Day Nursery and Preschool is looking for a enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our caring and committed team in Airyhall, Aberdeen.
Located within the grounds of The James Hutton Institute, our nursery provides a calm and nurturing environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. With spacious indoor areas, a large outdoor garden, and a focus on child-led learning, we support every child's development with creativity and care. Our team is known for its strong communication with families and dedication to helping children grow in confidence and independence.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we're looking for
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Scottish Curriculum frameworks
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
