Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's development, encouraging their curiosity, and promoting their social and emotional well-being. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of children in a nursery setting.

Duties

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development. Manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure high-quality care and education. Maintain accurate records of children's development and behaviour. Drive initiatives that promote positive behaviour and social skills among children.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Proven ability to communicate effectively with children of various ages. Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage groups of children confidently. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
