Job Description

We are a family run term time only setting based on Mount Pleasant Road Aldershot. We have been opened since 2019 and have only grown from strenght to strenght. In September 2025 we have converted a fromer Royal Staff pub into a purpose built Nursery.

As we will be expanding our operation we are looking for 4 practitioner to join our new setting in January 2026!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and supporting the development of children in their early years.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in our pre-school

-Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning and development

-Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

- Provide leadership and guidance to support the learning journey of each child

- Conduct assessments to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement

Experience:

- Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings

- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children's development

- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a nurturing environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
