Our Offer of Employment:



We are looking for a trainee to work full time, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Training will be provided. No experience required.

Responsibilities



Support the development and learning of children in early years settings by engaging in play and educational activities. Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Maintain records of children's progress and activities, contributing to assessments as required. Collaborate with senior staff to implement educational programs and adhere to childcare regulations.

The Role:



The newly employed member of staff will support and assist in all aspects of education and care. Initial training and induction will be provided from management and senior staff, with ongoing support provided as necessary.

The ideal candidate:

Must have a passion and enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to work calmly, patiently and communicate effectively with children, parents and staff. To be able to work with a diverse range of children with different individual needs, requiring good organisational skills and timekeeping.
