Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Following the children's interests providing enriching experiences tailored to their individual needs Create a warm, inclusive and inspiring environment every day Observe, document and celebrate children's progress Build strong relationships with families and colleagues Champion our ethos and contribute to our continuous improvement Uphold safeguarding, EYFS standards, and health & safety practices Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour in every child

What We're Looking For

Essential:

? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
? Experience working within an early years environment
? Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
? A positive communicator and dedicated team player
? Passionate about making a difference in young children's lives
?Reliable, proactive and flexible

Desirable:

-Familiarity with The Curiosity Approach
-Paediatric First Aid
-Recent Safeguarding training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.40-12.75 per hour
