The Role:



We are looking for a passionate and reflective Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You will nurture children's natural curiosity, help them explore the world around them, and support their development through inspiring, play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

:

?Create engaging, open-ended invitations to play using authentic and natural materials

?Observe and respond to each child's interests, supporting their individual learning journey

?Foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning in every child

?Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

?Contribute to a calm, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable environment

?Reflect on your own practice and take part in professional growth opportunities

About You:



? Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent), job share may be considered

?Apprentice may be considered if willing to grow, learn and develop with us

? A deep passion for child-led, curiosity-inspired learning

? A creative thinker who enjoys setting up beautiful, meaningful play spaces

? Calm, kind, and patient, with a nurturing approach

? Knowledge of the EYFS and commitment to safeguarding

? A reflective practitioner who loves to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.27 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
