Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team, working in our babyroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our babies, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and personalised care.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Supervise and support babies during play, meal times, rest periods, and outdoor activities Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence Maintain accurate records of babies progress and daily routines Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's development and wellbeing Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies

Requirements

Ideally experience working with Babies in a nursery or early years setting Ideally Knowledge of early years foundation stage Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent are preferred Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
