Your Role: Early Years Practitioner

As a key member of our team, you will:


Be a

Key Worker

to a group of children, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically. Plan and lead exciting activities that spark imagination and learning. Build meaningful partnerships with families to support each child's development. Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children. Collaborate with your amazing colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care. Keep track of children's progress and celebrate every achievement -- big or small!

What You Need to Join the Magic

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or higher)

- must be listed on the DfE approved qualifications list*
A solid understanding of

EYFS

,

child development

, and

Ofsted expectations

Bags of energy, patience, and a caring nature Great teamwork skills and a can-do attitude Experience in observing, planning, and assessing children's learning
