Early Years Practitioner

to join our 'Excellent' school in Bingley.

As an

Early Years Practitioner

at Lady Lane Park School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 - 4 years old, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

About the Role

Contract type:

Full-time, permanent, all year round

Working hours:

Monday - Friday either between 7:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm.

based on experience

We are looking for someone who has:

A willingness to train towards or holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare. Previous experience working in a Nursery setting. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a gift for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.

And someone who has the ability to:

Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration. Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play. Develop strong relationships and communication with children, parents, and carers.
