Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and learning of young children. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing daily activities and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships. Manage daily routines, including meal times, play activities, and rest periods. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare.

Experience

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A drive to create innovative learning experiences that inspire children's curiosity and love for learning.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
