Cubs Corner Nursery is seeking to hire an Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 who should possess friendliness, motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. Cubs Corner Nursery is an SME nursery located in Birmingham.

As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Creating a safe, secure, and homely environment for the children. Fostering positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues. Operating a key person system and coordinating with parents/carers and senior staff. Collaborating within a highly motivated and professional team. Demonstrating proficient knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Displaying a friendly demeanour, being outgoing, and enjoying working with children.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Level 3 Qualification or higher. Some post-qualification experience. Sound understanding of the 'Early Years Foundation Stage' (EYFS) Excellent verbal communication skills. Proficient literacy skills.
Desirable Criteria:

Competency in computer literacy. Special Educational Needs (SEN) Training. Training in Equality and Diversity. Paediatric First Aid
The position requires an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

The job offers 20 to 30 per week

Salary: Starting from NMW.
