Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner

About the Role:



As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Working as part of a team, you'll help plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), observing and supporting each child's individual learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework. Support the emotional, social, and physical development of each child. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development. Carry out observations, assessments, and maintain accurate records of children's progress. Work closely with parents and carers to build positive relationships and share updates on children's development. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times. Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:



A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential). A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A kind, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
