We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our happy and established team. Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and their families. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning environment. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Skills

Proven experience with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Ability to drive may be beneficial for transporting children or attending off-site activities.
