Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Duties:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily routines and activities to promote learning and development
- Create engaging lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behaviour
- Foster positive relationships with parents and families
- Implement appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Minimum Level 3 relevant childcare qualification required

- DBS check required - paid for as part of the recruitment package
