We are looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner, to work directly with the children. The setting is located by Southbourne beach and shops.
To be a proactive member of the team and provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. To offer full and practical support in the day to day running of the setting.
The ideal applicant will hold a full Level 3 Qualification in Early Years, be able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative; be caring, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
Strong communication skills are needed with children, parents/carers, other professionals and the team.
The successful applicant will have a secure knowledge and understanding of child development and the current EYFS and will be committed to helping children to reach their full potential.
Hours are negotiable between 2 - 4 days a week, across a Monday-Friday working week.
The setting is open all year from 7.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays and one week over the Christmas/New Year period.
