Role Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and experienced Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about early years education and eager to grow professionally. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences that support each child's unique development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support individual needs. Foster creativity and curiosity through play-based learning initiatives. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adapting plans as needed. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery space that reflects our educational values. Collaborate with fellow practitioners to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of care.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience in an early years or nursery setting. Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Sound understanding of early childhood education principles and frameworks. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to building positive relationships with children and families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
