The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education for children aged 3-4 years in our Pre-School room. Responsibilities include:

Acting as a key person, observing and supporting children's learning and development. Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team. Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding. Contributing ideas to continuously enhance the learning environment.
This role would suit someone newly qualified or an experienced practitioner looking to further their experience in a supportive and progressive nursery setting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a

full and relevant Level 2+ Early Years qualification

Have experience working within an early years or nursery setting Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the

EYFS

framework Be a team player with strong communication and organisational skills Be passionate about providing inclusive, child-centred care and learning Have the right to work in the UK
