About the Role

As a

Room Senior

, you'll work closely with the Room Leader to:

Support and inspire your room team to deliver a warm, stimulating, and safe learning environment Plan engaging activities that spark children's curiosity and development Step up and lead confidently when your Room Leader is away Maintain smooth room routines and uphold nursery policies and standards Build positive relationships with children, parents, and your team Be a shining role model for others and help shape a supportive, professional culture

About You

You'll bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a love for helping children grow You'll have a solid understanding of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

You're confident leading a team and supporting others to do their best A

Level 3 full and relevant Early Years qualification

is

preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
