Now, if you're ready to join our enchanting Brooklands family, you must have at least a Level 3 qualification in a UK-recognized early years qualification and a good grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding protocols. Experience in a nursery is essential, and you'll need a GCSE in Mathematics and English or be ready to obtain it.
