St Andrew's Pre-School is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team, assisting with the high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 across our two settings.

About the Role:

This hands-on role will be supporting young children in their early development, helping them grow in confidence and curiosity through fun, engaging activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Support the learning and development of children through play and planned activities. Help deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Build caring relationships with children and parents. Promote equality and celebrate diversity in everything we do. Keep our environment clean, safe, and engaging. Assist with snacks, toileting, and daily routines. Pitch in for events, outings, and occasional extra cover when needed.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for working with young children. Childcare qualifications are a bonus but not essential. Willingness to undergo a DBS check. A team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach.

What We Offer:
