EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
An opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification- would consider an experienced level 2.
Keyworker duties and responsibilities experience preferred.
Provide a warm, safe and secure environment.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Good planning and observational skills.
Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
2 references.
Attend monthly staff meetings.
We offer
22 hours per week term time only. Hours may increase depending on demand.
Position is initially until July 2026, this will be reviewed depending on child intake for the following academic year.
Hours spread over 4/5 days and may include before and afterschool care.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall nursery experience. Support management in maintaining a positive and organized learning atmosphere. Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed for any concerns that may arise.
Interviews to start week commencing 20th October 2025. This postion may be withdrawn eariler if the post has be filled.
