Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years of development.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of a comprehensive early childhood education curriculum
- Manage and supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Provide age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and development
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and coordinate activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

Skills:
- Strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of educators
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

We are open from 8am-3pm. Monday-Friday. Term time only.

Hours to be discussed but PART TIME ONLY. Approx 14 hours a week, but this is to be discussed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 1,000.00-13,000.00 per month
