Contract: Part-time, Permanent - 26 hours per week, 37 weeks per year


Salary: Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: 25,185 - 25,989 / Actual: 14,458 - 14,920 per annum)


Start date: January 2026

What We're Looking For. We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred) Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 2-4 Demonstrates creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities Observing and recording progress to inform planning and assessment Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment Building strong relationships with children and their families
