Early Years Practitioner

to join our nursery team in

Caversham, Berkshire, RG4.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to develop and learn through fun and engaging play.

You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family friendly, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, parents and staff.

SUPER Salary

: 27,000 - 29,000pa (Depending on experience/qualifications/degree/age)

Days/Hours options:

(All Permanent and All Year Round)

40 Hours across 4 or 5 days Shifts between 7.30am-6.30pm
*Please not we cannot accommodate term time or school hours

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery. Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery. Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families. Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Minimum Level 3+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner

Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
