We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding team.
This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs of children in the early years.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among children.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on child development.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential for this role.

Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
