We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing young children's skills and abilities in a supportive and engaging environment. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both children and colleagues.
Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Foster a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning atmosphere.
Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring all children feel valued and respected.
Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Provide support for children with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity within the group.
Maintain accurate observations of children's development and attendance.
Be willing to learn from our experienced senior staff.

Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar childcare setting is essential.
A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
Have high expectation for the children.
Have a high standard of hygiene.
Be able to focus on individual children's learning and know how to extend that learning.
To work well in this job share, for the smooth running of the group and for the benefit of the children.
Understand the importance of a Safeguarding culture.
