Are you a fully qualified (L2/L3) Early Years Practitioner?
We have an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Nursery Practitioner/Early Years Educator
available at our family run private nursery in Cheltenham.Graded as 'GOOD ' by Ofsted just last month (March 2025), we are looking for a highly motivated, passionate person who can help lead our nursery forward. The successful candidate would need to be:
Highly motivated and passionate about childcare.
Experienced with different age groups including planning Good knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies Enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach to planning Have high levels of care with childrenAs a nursery we offer:
Very Competitive rate of pay - pro rata from rate shown if part time.
24-45 hours per week over 3-5 days. Ongoing Professional Development including the new Early Years Champion qualification Good work/life balance with time in setting to complete nursery work. Supportive and engaging teamWe will be offering face to face interviews so that we can show you our lovely setting and introduce the team.
This is a full time position (all year).
The successful candidate should be fully qualified and have experience working with different age groups.
They should also be positive, enthusiastic and have a good sense of fun!We are committed to safeguarding and this post is subject to a DBS check and is exempt from the 1974 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
