Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and supporting children's development during their crucial early years. a good sense of humour, imagination and the ability to work in a team is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, tailoring activities to meet individual needs.
- Manage the daily operations of the nursery, including planning and organising educational programmes.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports learning through play.
- Support children's language development by incorporating English language activities.

Skills:
-knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Drive: Motivation to create engaging learning experiences for children.
- Nursery Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery setting is desirable.
- Early Childhood Education: Understanding of early childhood development principles. EYFS or Birth to Three Curriculum.
- English Language Proficiency: Proficient in English to facilitate language development in children.
- Experience with Children: Prior experience working with young children is essential.
- Childcare Skills: Knowledge of best practices in childcare and child development.

A minimum requirement of a relevant level 2 in childcare. First Aid and child protection is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
