Early Years Practitioner - Join Our Nurturing Team!

Are you passionate about shaping young minds through play, creativity, and care? We're looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team and help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's development through fun, age-appropriate activities. You'll help foster emotional, social, and physical growth while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework Plan and implement creative, child-led activities that spark curiosity Support children's holistic development--emotionally, socially, and physically Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding policies and procedures
What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (required) Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting Kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS required (can be completed before start date) Must be registered on the DBS update service Two character references required (only contacted once position is accepted) Food hygiene certificate desirable but not essential Nursery operates 51 weeks a year, between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
