Kiddiwinkles is a well-established and highly regarded early childhood education and childcare provider dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3/5 qualification to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities that support the growth and learning of children.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Support children with special educational needs and adapt activities to meet individual requirements.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and ensure confidentiality in all matters related to children and their families.
Promote and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in our care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Level 3/5 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
Previous experience working in an early years setting.
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia approach and Pikler approach.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
A positive and nurturing approach to working with children.
Additional Requirements:
