Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of children aged 0-5 years. This position requires effective communication skills, and the capability to manage daily activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor activities. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and well-being

Skills

Proven experience in early childhood education or working in childcare settings is a must. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development. A strong understanding on how to safeguard children. At least a level 3 or above Childcare qualification is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.80-14.00 per hour
